As you will know, one of TTLH’s focus areas is developing motivation for language learning. Last Friday, I heard Sir Ian Bauckham speak at the Goethe Institut and DAAD’s Making the case for German event. Whilst Sir Ian’s comments were linked to German, he suggested that the same is true regardless of the language being studied.
